I found a beautiful solid orange casserole (sans lid) the other night at the GW for five dollars. It's the largest size, and I don't know what set it belongs to.  I have been finding a lot of orange and yellow pieces this summer.  At some point it would be fun to post our favorite casserole recipes on here!

  1. Sweet! It looks like the bottom to a Sunflower Casserole. Like this: http://www.etsy.com/listing/76161394/vintage-pyrex-casserole-dish-orange

  2. How weird, I found one of these at goodwill a couple days ago with a clear lid. I passed on it because I thought $8 was a bit steep. But I did think "Wow, that is one big orange casserole!"

  3. Oh yes, I wish people would indeed post casserole recipes! I have so many casseroles and yet no casserole recipes.

  4. I got a kick out of this because I just found the 1&1/2 qt. size like your orange one (no lid for me, either), and also a little yellow Fridgie without the lid on the same day. Yellow and orange, orange and yellow - must be a summer thing!?
