Please Help Me Identify

Hello Everyone!  I picked up this lid that fits the 024 and I've never seen it before.  Do you know what casserole it goes to?  I'm not usually big on the gold, but this lid is really pretty and I couldn't find it anywhere (Ebay, Pyrex Love, etc.)  Any information would be great, it is obviously a promotional piece, but which one?  I apologize for the poor quality photos, it is a dark and stormy night here on the Oregon coast and this is as good as it gets.

Thanks for the Help!

A Little (Eye) Candy For Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Day, Everyone!

While out doing a little thrifting this morning, I came across these beauties

Gooseberry & Butterprint Serve & Store Casseroles with lids both in the #471 1 Pint size

There is a little bit of paint loss but I still think they are beautiful

I'm pretty sure I needed another Gooseberry

And I was obviously running low on the Butterprint

Maybe I have a problem?

Until next time!!

Friendship Lasagna Pan

So we finally got out thrifting/antiquing today. We went to some stores out in the Morongo Valley and I found the cutest pink hazel atlas bowl for $8! I know it's not pyrex but its pink and milk glass and there's nothing wrong with that! But my big score of the day was the previously mentioned friendship lasagna pan!! It's in awesome shape and I haven't come across a lasagna pan of any kind in a long long time at home so I had to have this one! The guy who owned the booth was there and he was complaining about how he had too much stuff and told me to make an offer. The pan was originally priced at $38.50 and I got him down to $25, not too shabby if I say so myself!! He had other stuff but it was all badly over priced! Speaking of which, I was enviously eyeing the vintage souvenir table cloths this one booth had until I looked at the price of them! They ranged for  $110-125!! I nearly died! How ridiculous! Even though I really wanted the California one I'm not obsessed enough to pay that for it! I swear some of these people are crazy!  I wish I could post pictures but they are on my camera and  not my phone so it's going to have to wait!

Orange dots in the desert

Well friends I am in California and I have yet to go out in search of the elusive (at least in my neck of the woods) pyrex!! I do have a find to share with you all tho! A couple weeks ago I was obsessively scouring eBay for a deal and I came across an orange dots in pretty good shape up for a buy it now for $5!!!! I haven't ever come across one in an antique store let alone in the wild so I pounced on this one! The seller had it listed as a cereal bowl. I couldn't believe my luck, so in order to save money I had it shipped to my Dad's place here in the Palm Desert. I'm hoping to go out thrifting here early next week, wish me luck!!
