Pyrex loot!

Yummy Pyrex finds today ... barbed wire promotional divided casserole dish ($4.99); round cinderella casserole 474 in Autumn Harvest (Wheat Stalks) with lid ($3.99) and an Old Orchard round cinderella casserole 473 ($1.49) at GW.

A little while ago, I also picked up this great Pink Daisy Oval Open Baker (not thrifted, actually paid eBay prices for this one!)

I'm going to agree with other posters who seem to think that people are cleaning out their houses this spring... so happy to see Pyrex on the thrift store shelves again!

  3. The pink daisy wasn't too bad... and it's actually not even going to stay living with me. Jeni, from In Color Order (and Pyrex Collective I), is moving to Wisconsin (same town as my parents live) this summer and it's a "Welcome to Wisconsin" present. I figure I can hand deliver it in a month or two. It's the only piece of Pink Daisy she's missing!

  5. Okay, I'm convinced that I need to add some Harvest Wheat to my collection. I don't own a single piece but I love the rusty color. Great finds! The pink daisy "welcome" present is the sweetest thing ever! So nice of you =)

  6. Amazing finds!

Funny thing..I just thrifted that EXACT SAME open baker yesterday! It's shallow right? I thought the lid was missing..but there isn't one?
I have a divided casserole in the same pattern.

But I'm going with turquoise so I'll probably sell my pink ones!

  7. I am fairly certain that the oval open baker does not come with a lid, though I've seen it sold that way on eBay before, etc. I think people are just adding lids to casseroles to them, thinking they came that way, but they were open to my knowledge.
