Spring Blossom was the Pyrex pattern of my childhood. When I came across these 3 Cinderella bowls just like Mom's at Savers a couple years ago I snatched them up.
I was always on the lookout for the 1.5qt #442 bowl, but had no luck finding it. I figured I would need to eventually turn to the Bay of the e, but I held out. Good thing I did. I ended up trading with Paula at The Vintage, you can read the details on my blog and Paula's. So much more fun than eBay!
My bowl arrived this week and is now happily nesting with it's friends. Thanks Paula!
Lesson learned? If you can't find it at the thrifts, trading Pyrex is definitely the way to go. Check out my blog on Friday, for another Pyrex trade. Maybe we can complete your Cinderella Bowl set.
