Hungry for Banana Bread?

My best friend, who doesn't quite understand my Pyrex obsession, thought that the 502 refrigerator dishes were mini loaf pans.  At first I was appalled, but then realized it was such a great idea!
I made a double batch and one whole loaf was equivalent to 3 of the 502s so it worked out perfect!

  5. I'm Gluten free and gluten free bread has a tendency to fall in the middle. When I bake them in the fridgies they come out PERFECT everytime!
